I am working in the UAE since 15 years, now i get new offer and do i need NOC?

if in case my company not provide NOC, which type of steps I should carry and how can I tranfer my visa without loose the new job?

All expat workers who completed more than 5 year continuously working from a certain company do not require an NOC according to the UAE Labour law.

Your present company HR and the new one knows this.

If you work on a limited contract you should fulfill the same. After fulfilling a limited contract no NoC is needed unless your contract includes a non competition clause.

If working on an unlimited contract, please do not resign before you received the NoC. It's a bid tricky. On one hand you can not demand a NoC, on the other hand employers/sponsors have no right to demand six-month ban on their employees without valid reasons.

In case your employer refuses the NoC and no amicable solution can be found, you can contact MoL on the 'Open Day' on Mondays to submit your queries. You also can call MoL toll free under 800665.

The Ministry of Labour usually asks the sponsor about an NOC letter regardless as to how long the employee has worked for the company.
