I am working on Unlimited contract in Dubai.?

It is just six months that i have joined and i wish to leave.What are the things i need to take care. Unofficial sourses say that i need to pay the visa charges. I think those will will be nominal and not heavy

  1. If you want to leave work... the Ministry of Labour will impose a six-month ban. I would advice you to submit 30 days' notice to the company and to work during the notice period if the employer does not prevent you from doing so.

    By doing this, you will avoid a one-year ban, especially since the you did not complete a long period of service.

    The six-month ban cannot be lifted unless you obtain a No Objection Certificate from the sponsor. As far as the expenses incurred by the company  are concerned, you are  not obliged to compensate the employer for the expenses, as the employer is obliged to pay for such expenses.


  2. Why do you want to leave, should be good fun right? and good money?
