I am working with quickbooks, I need help deleting the primary account administrator. please help!?

Our Primary account administrator for quickbooks was recently let go from the company. I need help removing her name and changing it to mine. I have spoken to quickbooks about 10x and have found no resolution. Please help

i don't think you can deleted her from it but you can change the passwords for it so she would not be able to access the system. as the account admin, it can't be deleted.
