I am worried please help!?

Question

I have a mongoose hoop d team issue and it is my favorite bike in the world! I cannot give it up. the body of it is rusted and I just drenched the bike with WD-40. Will that stop the rust I dont want it to rust through in my lifetime!

well clean of as much of the rust as you can and then spray over it with some clear lacquer.

the clear lacquer will seal the metal thus stopping future rust from penetrating.

not  really. use some organic rust cleaner, found at home depot and places like that. that might work.
