I am writing a Current Situation Analysis for a marketing agency. Can anyone help?

Im just looking for some inpiration. I have completed a SWOT, PEST analysis and have written an overview of the company. All my experience with current situation has been for a company that produces a product.

Have you learned from the front lines what the issues are? By front lines I mean at the point of sale.Have you interviewed the business development people to see what they are facing?Have you conducted any research from their current customers as far as satisfaction with the company and areas needed for improvement?How about lost customers - can you find out why they left - maybe it uncovers some issues that need to be addressed.You need to find out the things that differentiate the marketing agency from their competition in the hearts and minds of the people they are selling to.Have you looked at their website?Their collateral material? The tools they need to help sell themselves?What about market share in their market- who is the biggest and growing and why.How has it changed from 5 years ago?Competitive analysis might help.

Have you included any graphs etc? Depending on what info you are working with, for example "telesales lead growth" you could do a yearly comparison over a 5 yr period.
