I am writing a paper on my myself?

Im in Eng 111, college english, I have to write a paper introducing myself to my class and my instructor. How should I start my paper, and what kind of information should I write about and what should I not write about?

Start by saying hello to everyone in the room, including the instructor. It is something that will get your essay started and it will make you sound friendly. Then, (the order is up to you), include information like;

likes, dislikes, hobbies, personality, maybe pets etc. Things that you shouldn't write about...not so sure about. Try not to go into too much detail about yourself in a way that makes you sound big headed e.g stating all your achievements in a big long list.

you should start out in the present. go back to your birth and childhood etc. then come back to the present. for example the intro would be "my name is jasmin i'm sixteen years old in the twelfth grade. i have a job at blah blah blah. currently i am hoping to move out soon. etc etc" then the next paragraph "i was born on september 2 to alicia and oscar blah blah blah" go through your childhood, education maybe another paragraph just about who you are now and end it with "all of these things helped shape me into the person i am today blah blah blah" i could give you a copy of one i did that i am proud of..

You should start with formal greetings for evreyone and then your name introduction and your education history and include following points in your paper:-

1.Your formal introduction -> name and parents name

2.Your education history

3.Your work experience

4.Your strenghts/assets

5.Your achievements in life

6.Weekness (Area of improvements)

7.Your hobbies

8.Your motto in life

9.What you think about your future.

10.What you want to do for your nation,city ,society and family

11.Finally message to everyone in front of whom you are presenting your paper.

Not to mention:-

Do not mention any bad habits that (if you have)

Do not mention all those weekness of yours sounds very crazy and are very difficult to improve

Hi, I'm Bob Smith.  My friends would describe me as a dependable but intense person.  I live with my buddies Jake and Raul, plus a couple pet goldfish, on Oak St.  I like playing Madden 2009 on the Xbox 360, snowboarding, and biking.  Honesty and hard work are what I value most.  I'm going to school to become an ophthalmologist.  

Don't delve into areas that are too personal or could embarass someone.  For instance, don't point out that Gina in the front row dated you all through high school until she dumped you for that guy who turned out to be a loser while you got yourself a better girlfriend.
