He wants to know what he should do with his 7 yr. old brother, who blames everything he does bad on him.

IT's all up to you mommy. YOU are the one who REALLY knows who has done what. There is nothing he can do about it but YOU know your kids in and out. So you should really just talk to them both instead of letting your son deal with it all by himself. It take two the tango!

Tell him to ask his mother to be more involved with their actions and really get to know them so she can tell when who is lying.
