I am writing two thirty second IT radio commercials. Anyone have any tips of where to start?

This is for an IT company. They provide help for large companies so that they don't have to pay one single IT tech's salary. I am very creative, but am having a really tough time with this.

Try reflecting and understanding the fears of kids that didn't go to college -- perhaps they can't afford it or don't believe they could ever do it -- talk about the decent pay and maybe mention some sucess stories.
