  1. Even though OFF comes with or without DEET, the important thing is to try and find the squirt-bottle kind, not the aerosol... Try to limit your exposure to inhaling it as much as possible (I know - easier said than done)

There are some good "alternative" products that aren't as harsh but equally effective.

    - Avon has made the Skin So Soft product for years - its great against bugs and actually smells NICE! You can find it on avon's website or on Amazon.

    - I recently was introduced to Swamp Juice while I was in hawaii. Really great for fending off bugs. It comes in these great packets with moist towlettes and you can find it here http://www.skinblockers.com/about_swamp_...

  2. I was told by my doctor that Bugspray is safer than getting a disease from a mosquito and he told me that at anytime I am outdoors and mosqiuitos to wear the bug spray. Alot safer for you than west Nile virus.

  3. Yes you can, and should.

  4. i think you should read this...http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/health/772932...

  5. you can wear some bug sprays there is an ingredient found in some types that you should not put on your skin. I wish I could tell you what the ingredient is. Look for bug repellants made for kids. I think these are supposed to be safer during pregnancya nd always read the labels. Don't be afraid to call you docs office and ask. thats what they're there for.

  6. Yes, but WITHOUT Deet, or use childrens bug spray.
