i am oradanary working person on last tuesday some one had made a phone and stated abusing me and my family members ,frist i think that he had drunk and wrong no but it will be continues from last few days i can open the no also 09358710376 if any can know this gentle man of vulgarity

If the caller has not used your name it may still be a mistake. If it is not a mistake report this to your phone company and they can deal with it. If it is a mistake can you just block the phone number.

And to all the other ethnocentric answerers above -  is it totally beyond you to realise that this asker's first language is possibly not english? Or that they are perhaps dyslexic? So much hate - I bet we can all guess where you come from.

first learn to type, second find out who it is,

say hey look a$$ hole, you obvioulsly have a prob with me so lets settle this, then buy your self a glock or a 12 gauge, and if you actually do meet him , summon up the balls to put the gun to his head and say if you dont stop calling me, IMA F$&^#% KILL YOU . ok, we cool, all clear,, ..... and just say it in like a calm clear voice, and just walk off,, if he files charges just deny them and then say but he was harrassing me, maybei should have done that, sounds like a good idea:)))   cheers bud,, if you want i wll do it  fo ryou ,,, just hit me up and let me know

Report him to the authorities - police and trace him through your service provider. He must be someone who knows you and your family members, which also means that you must be somehow familiar with him. Use a phone where you can record his voice as proof.
