I appear to be suffering morning sickness and yet I know I am not pregnant. Most mornings I wake up and within an hour or so start to feel incredibly sick. I try eating something and it usually passes, but sometimes I am actually sick (whether I eat or not) – then I feel fine. I am extremely unhappy at the moment and through this I am very stressed. I am changing my career because I am so unhappy and feel I need a total change of circumstances. Is this “morning sickness” linked to stress/depression or is it a symptom of something else?

  1. i bet it is linked to your anxiety and depression.  i was stuck in a job that i hated for a very long time.  as soon as i woke up in the morning i was nauseous.  i lost 15 poundds in 7 months at that job.  not good if you only weigh 117 to begin with.  i am in a new job now and am feeling much better.  i would still see a doc about it.  he may recommend somehting, wether it be meds or meditation or recreational activities.

  2. I seem to have the same problem, my doctor says i could be over stressed and depressed and my body is giving up in a way becuase of this. But im getting tests done just incase it is serious, i suggest you seee your doctor:)
