It could mean that your record and someone else's are intermingled.  It could mean you have some sort of credit or criminal record which target considers important.  You should be able to ask them what , in particular, caused them to decide what they did.  You should know.  If it's a mistake, it should be corrected.  If it's not, there may be a limitation on how long that item can appear.  Good luck.

Well yeah unless you pass the background check next time, u obviously did not pass for a reason only you know.

Unless the crime commited is removed from your police record, you will never work at Target. They are very cautious with their applicants.
