I applied for a Disney Chase Card online and...?

I didnt get preapproved immediately. It said I would hear from it within two weeks in paper mail. Has anyone actually been approved after this process?? I was hoping I didnt actually have to wait two weeks to find out.

Many people have been approved when given the 2 week notice. Some that did end up with a denial managed to get approved by calling and asking for a reconsideration.

Chase is generally very slow and tight lipped on pending applications, but you might wait a few days and call asking about the status of your application.

Though more than likely they will only tell you that it is in review.

in my own past experiences with applying for credit on-line if they don't say you're approved right away and say you'll get a letter in the mail in a few days then 9 times out of 10 you were not approved.

I applied for an Amtrak Guest Rewards card from Chase and they did not pre-approve me, but after 2 weeks, they did approve me.

If you are young, or have limited credit history, they may have a human review the application or verify income.
