I applied for a credit card at Union Bank of California. I have no credit history because I'm young and this will be my first credit card. What would you estimate my credit limit will be?

  1. Joel, I found a nice online list of California credit card resources. http://www.howtofindcreditcard.com/Calif... Try calling a nearby company and they can answer your questions.

  2. Your credit limit will be up to UBOC.  My experience has been a first time credit card limit of $300 maybe $500.  The better and longer your credit history is the higher the limit.

  3. Actually there is no way to know that.

  4. THEY WILL USUALLY GIVE YOU THE MINIMUM, IF YOU GET APPROVED. YOU MIGHT TRY CHASE, AMERICAN EXPRESS, CITI, OR DISCOVER. THEY ALL HAVE EXCELLENT STUDENT CARDS, THAT OFFER EASY APPROVAL. APPLY FOR AMERICAN EXPRESS FIRST IF YOU DECIDE TO.
