  1. If you were answering an advert did it say you could apply by email? Most companies request you to ask for an application pack which usually has their own type of form enclosed.

    They do not like CV's unless asked for.


  2. Did they say you could apply by e-mail if not then you were taking a risk it most likely went into the spam mail.

  3. Well, maybe they got bomb threats, and couldnt read it.

  4. Get used to it...lots of government departments and big business don't ever acknowledge application forms and CV's despite the fact it may have taken an applicant hours to compile the bloody things.   Ignorant eh?

  5. Typical unfortunately. They probably had hundreds of applicants.  If you're applying for something which you think will be popular you should always follow up your emailed CV with a phone call.  Just say you're checking to see if they've received it that way you may move your name closer to the top of the list.
