you will not owe a bill until you get the card -- ball best buy and ask for the credit depart and seek  the status of the card!!

Call BestBuy and ask where the card was sent to, they will need to cancel that card and mail you a new one.  

While on the phone, make the payment due.  MisterEd's advice that you don't owe until you receive the card is incorrect.  You owe as soon as you receive the merchandise you purchased.  The most common excuse I got from my repo customers was they didn't make a payment because they didn't get their payment book...UGH!!!
