I applied for uk visa before a month and till now there is no reply.can anyone tell me what can be the problem

What type of visa did you apply for ?

1) Visit visas are usually issued within 24 hours.

2) Student visas can take 1 to 4 weeks.

3) Work visas can take 2 to 12 weeks.

So depends what type of visa have you applied for, if its unreasonable delay then there must be something wrong with ur records & Embassy/High-Commission is making its checks.
