Oh, I forgot to tell you that I love the body shampoo which you bought me for a gift. I feel good when I touch my skin after taking a shower.

Oh, I may go to Langley this week again with Reuben. As for you, I guess visiting Langley is quite tough because you may have to walk all day with me, haha.. Let me know if you don't mind walking long. I love walking around trees, especially through the park.

Oh, I met a nice and lovely lady from Japan. Her name is Emi. She has Working Holiday visa for a year. She has been in Vancouver about a month. She goes to an ESL school during the week day. She also has a part-time job at an Italian restaurant 3 times a week for 3 hours as a dish washer. She wants to visit Langley when she is available this week or sometime. She signed up for Facebook (( due to my referring the other day)) --> not sure..

Looks pretty good to me.  "I feel good when I touch my skin after taking a shower" isn't a completely normal expression in English.  Perhaps, "my skin feels good after I use the body shampoo" or "my skin feels very soft and good after I shower with the body shampoo" would be better than "I feel good..."  But that's not an important change and the rest of your letter is very clear and well done.
