  1. Yes. The first person to a stop sign or the person on the right always goes at a four way stop.

  2. yes

  3. Yes he does. It's all about when you arrive at the stop. If you arrive at the same time, it's just a matter of being the nice guy and letting someone go =)

  4. YES!

  5. Yes.  The car that stops first has right of way.  If two cars get there at the same time, the car that is on the right has right of way.  If two cars that are across from one another get there at the same time, they can both go, as long as they're both going straight.  It's best to use your turn signals when necessary at a four-way stop.  Drive safely!

  6. Whenever a driver arrives at a 4 way stop at the same time as another driver, the driver on the right has the right of way Any driver already in the intersection has the right of way in order to safely complete his/her turn.

If you arrived 2 seconds after the other car, and that car began to move into the intersection you should wait.

If a driver arrives at a 4 way stop and intends to make a left turn, and the other driver, arriving at the same time is going straight through, the driver going straight through should have the right of way.

However.........YOU ONLY HAVE THE RIGHT OF WAY IF SOMEONE GIVES IT TO YOU.........right?

Who wants to collide with another vehicle just because of stubbornness and self-righteousness.

  7. "After now" different from your last question, then yes he had the right-of-way.........

  8. He did but you have every right to smash into him since he was so cocky.
