You should select Safe Mode with Networking, try going online normally and if you still can't get online then download the following to a usb flash drive or burn to disc on another machine then run it on yours in Safe Mode:

Disconnect your computer from the internet

Run vundo

Restart your computer

Run the tool again to ensure no traces are left.

If there are the reboot into Safe Mode and run FixVundo again.

Do you have anti virus on your computer? If not get someone Else's computer and download and save to a flash drive and install on your computer.

Update your Anti Virus and Anti Spyware

Turn off System restore

Start Computer in Safe Mode

Scan with Anti Virus and Anti Spyware

After scan is finished and you have deleted the Maleware

Restart computer set a new restore point and delete all previous points.

Rescan with Anti Virus and Anti Spyware.

If you do not have Anti Virus or Anti Spy Ware I recommend Avast and Spyware Terminator. Both are free.

You would have to boot your computer with the option safe mode with networking if you have done that and it didn't work you would you would have to have another way to download the program to remove it. If you have another computer download it on that computer and then put it on a disk or usb drive. If you don't have another computer there isn't much you can do if you have a boot disk that you can use to boot your computer so you can get on the internet you may use that. If you have a friend that has a computer give him/her a call and get them to download the removal tool and go pick it up. If non of these option work you could restore your computer or format and reinstall. If you chose this option make sure you back up all your personal files e.g picture, word docs, anything you need to keep.
