Don't pull your underwear up so high, or buy some that are either a larger size or looser fitting. It could be that your underwear is simply too small.

you have to be a guy trying to get off or something. Seriously, having a camel toe isn't like an everyday occurence. Even when I go without panties and wear tighter fitting pants, I don't get one. I think you are full of it. Thanks for the points.
