I asked for a postponement on my jury duty but never got a response and my jury summons was today what do ido?

If you responded to the jury summons with your request for a postponement in writing, it's pretty unusual that you haven't heard back.  I would call as soon as possible and be sure to write down the date and time you call along with the name of the person you speak with.  Just tell them what you've said here--that is, that you asked for a postponement of your service and never heard back from anyone.  They will tell you what you need to do.  If there was some miscommunication, the fact that you show your concern by calling to inquire about it will be good for you so don't just blow it off -- do it and right away!

there should be an email contact on your summons sheet some where in there email the clerk ask them for an excuse or to reschedule .

If you didn't show, it is possible you have a bench warrant out for your arrest. You better show up tomorrow with hat in hand and a hearty appetite to eat crow and maybe pay a fine. Good Luck.

Call.  By the way. If you ever get called up for it again, and you don't want to do it.....  go to the first round of striking and tell them that you firmly believe in the " right of jury nulification"
