I asked for the asylum in france and they rejected it.is there anysystem in canada to accept such persons?...?

i hv done advanced level examinations in srilanka and i am fluent in english too as well as other languges in srilanka.

i am informed that countries like canada sponsoring such persons.may be on talent scales or whether that person has any one to back over there in canada .............please help me if some one knows abt this system..........my education is fully messed up...and i am 23 years old ...so the time is running out to complete ma degree.....

lease help me someone.....pleeeeeeeease....

You won't be eligible for asylum in any Western country if you're coming from Sri Lanka.  Asylums are not the same as student visas, even Sudanese refugees can't get them outside of Africa.
