  1. that boy should just be punished, because a kid like that needs lots of attention, when he grows up he will be a potential criminal! for sure... make him disappear... not worth it...

  2. The boy needs help...he's obvioulsy been molested himself and he thinks that this behaviour is acceptable...proceed with compassion in youre heart for both the victims and the accused.

  3. go to the police.this must be a joke if u are here!

  4. the victims have until they are 21 to report it.

  5. Just like I said before, report it, report it, report it....

  6. Child molestation limitations vary greatly state by state.  But usually, the statute does not even begin to toll (begin counting) until the victim reaches adulthood.  Also, oftentimes it is a longer period - it may not start until the victim realizes that what occurred was molestation.

    As everyone has said here - the best place to start for a definite answer would be the police or district attorney's office.

  7. report it to the police immediately

  8. Some states have no time limitation for the prosecution of most sexual offenses against children:

    - Alabama (violent crimes or s*x offenses involving persons under 16);

    - Alaska (most sexual offenses against children under 18);

    - Kentucky (felonies);

    - Maine (incest, rape, or gross sexual assault of victim under 16);

    - Maryland;

    - North Carolina;

    - Rhode Island;

    - South Carolina;

    - Virginia (felonies);

    - West Virginia (felonies); and

    - Wyoming.

    All states have their own set limitations imposed by law.  The parent or the child needs to file a complaint for any action to be taken.  Considering the boy was 11 at the time of the crime, the best you could be hoping for out of this is probably psychiatric evaluation and a commitment to a mental institution.  He can't be tried as an adult at age 11, and he's now beyond the age to serve any time in a juvenile facility.  They also have to prove the molestation, which is going to be difficult with all this time passed.  They also need to prove intent.  Although the child may have been fully aware of his actions, that will need to be proven in court.

    Best thing to do is like the others say, get involved and start court proceedings if possible.  I just don't see it getting far.

  9. tell someone!!!! at least report it and let them get therapy if not convicted

  10. The only thing you can do is report it.  Maybe something can be done, maybe not.  There is only one way to find out.

  11. i would contact the district attorneys office.i dont know if anything can be done,but for your part its the right thing to do.
