ok the constitution provides for the seperation of powers into three branches. LEGISLATIVE, EXECUTIVE AND JUDICAL

ok the main institution or the office for each branch:

i know that legislative the main institution is they declare war right??

i am confused, can someone tell me what the main institution or office for each branch and also, what its the main power for each!!!

  1. They all trick you into paying unconstitutional debts i.e. taxes all forms


  2. The Institution would be the office, not one of the powers (and no, the legislative's main job is to create laws.  Declaring war is down the list a little.)

    Executive - President - enforces laws

    Legislative - Congress - creates laws

    Judicial - Supreme Court - interprets laws.
