It is called "FRENCH BAKER". Actually owned by A Filipino Chinese surnamed Koa.  I believe the first name is Johnlu.

Good breads, good food, nice place.

That is called French Baker and it's very delicious of these food here like Carbonara etc.and I don't know what is of their website
