if it wasnt opened i think it would be ok , dont stress, if you feel sick after a while go to the docs but i think you will be fine :)

If you are talking EZ cheese I wouldnt worry. It can survive a nuclear holocaust. Most cheese spreads have so many preservatives that you need not worry. The worst is that you may feel a bit ill until your body eliminates it. No risk of any long term harm.
