1 bowl on corn flakes with skim milk

Lunch

1 slice f pizza

Snack

sugar free fat free ices

Dinner

pasta with a little bit f cheese

Snack

fat free sugar free ice cream

    1 english brekfeast

    1 footlong subway

    1 12" pizza

    1 pack of biscuits

    1 bag of haribo

    1 mufffin

  4. Every so often, eat whatever you feel like, it does you good to "pig out" sometimes.

    By all means, watch what you eat, but if you are drinking plenty of water, incorporating fruit and vegetables in your diet,

    and exercising, you don't need to put so much emphasis on the nutritional value of foods.

  5. That all depends upon portion size. How  many cups (8 oz.) corn flakes? How big was the slice of pizza? How many sugar/fat free ices? How many cups (8 oz) of pasta and exactly how much cheese?? And just because something says fat free/sugar free does not mean that it is calorie free. Still, it is not a balanced diet. Where's the fruit, veggies and meat/protein??

    Everything you ate today was made by machines and corporations. They make food for profits not for your health.

    There's an epidemic of Diabetes we never used to have; kids are dying from not eating real food.
