I ate some McDonalds, and it gave me diarrhea. Can I sue?

I didn't have anything else to eat yesterday so I'm pretty sure it was the value meal. Like seriously, it ran right through me with no warning or anything.

Today I'm fine again. Is it too early to sue, or should I wait?

  1. So now you have learned a valuable lesson after eating that "Value Meal"?

    Drink lots of water!

  2. My stomach always gets messed up eating that c**p, THAT'S WHY THEY CALL IT JUNK FOOD!

  3. What do you expect to get for your lawsuit? A million dollars for ten minutes on a toilet?

  4. No, you have to spill hot coffee on yourself, then you can!!!!!!!!!!

  5. no be glad u lost some weight

  6. Well, I know that people have sued McDonalds for it "making them obese", so I don't see why you couldn't...

  7. Instead of going to any of the greasy and disgusting burger places, why not try eating at someplace better like Subway? Subway is very good, and the food actaully is edible, unlike the burger places. From now on,go to Subway-your heart will thank you for that and you'll be a lot happier and healthier.

  8. You had a little diarrhea, so what? It happens to everybody. If everyone who got diarrhea sued the people who made the food that caused them to have it, there would be no more food industry.

  9. if you had evidence of what you ate, then it could be tested.

It would be interesting to know if other people who ate from there on the same day were ill.but I dont know how you would find that info?!

  10. If everybody that got sick eating that garbage sued, there would be no McDonalds left.

  11. if you can prove it was the value meal i guess you could..otherwise its just a waste of time....

  12. yes, you can sue, but your chance of winning is slim

  13. well seeing you ate that c**p in the first place i doubt you could sue just stop eating it

  14. no you can't sue, are you kidding? McDs is so greasy your body probably just didn't like it.

  15. Yes. Sue. Sue with all the money you have!

    This question is ridiculous.

  16. Yes. At least i think so. As long as your 100 % sure it was from them.

  17. yes

  18. LOL !  you cant sue , it was your choice to eat it , and there is no way you can prove it x

I work in McDonads and i do put Pills in some peoples food i dont like that makes them **** ! ! !  Ha Ha i got u x

  19. Nooooo dont sew. What the heck are u crazy!!??!?!

  20. you cannot sue lame-o unless you got food poisoning maybe, which diarrhea is not!

  21. Oh yeah...call a lawyer RIGHT AWAY!  I hope they hose you for a bunch of money,  you  litigious weirdo.

  22. Good luck with all of that.... I think that's just a normal reaction to the food. lol

  23. when you eat that stuff its at your own risk!!!

  24. well, McDonalds is a place that you should NEVER go. i think you can sue can get a bit of money from it.

  25. did McDonald pull u in and force that meal down your throat??? no i didn't think so,go do your law suite someplace elese. wow u dont wanna work or what. lazy much.

  26. No its crappy food cant sue over that sense you can also have diarrhea from other things and McDonalds have a ton of lawyers and will keep you incourt till your broke.

  27. do you have witnesses for the diarrhea?

    did you keep the recept?

also, you may have not eaten anything, so the sudden fatty load from the value meal might have done a number on your digestive system. remember, you didnt eat anything.

also, you might not win the case. do you think that fighting over the value meal that costs one dollar is worth the hundreds-thousands dollars needed for a good lawyer? think ahead. i think its not worth it. just accept that the value meal made you feel wierd and move on by not supporting mcdonalds by not eating there!

  28. You should sue! But you mot not win!LOL!

  29. pro-yeah, you can sue

con-you hadn't eaten anything so it may be your own fault here.  Diarreah happens a lot to people with sensitive intestines who don't keep a "regular" diet.

  30. maybe

  31. um... no.  Some people can eat the food and some can't.  and u r one of those people who just can't
