  1. They are pretty much at any oriental store.  Umm....I love them too!  They're so tasty.

  2. Try a Hispanic or Latin Stores, even a West Indian or Jamaican store, try plantian chips they are similar and not as sweet.

  3. here in the uk you can buy these in any health food store

i would imagine its the same in the US

we have a chain called holland & barrett, you must have something like that there, they will have them in small to huge bags!

  4. If you're looking for banana chips fried in oil, try an asian food market. They have slightly different texture than banana chips in grocery stores (more chewy and crisp) and are a little sweeter. They usually come in bags that have other fried vegetables and fruits.

  5. My local bulk food store carries banana chips or if you're ambitious, you could dehydrate banana slices yourself.

  6. commisary

  7. Any larger grocery store will carry banana chips or the health food store

  8. Banana Chips:

1 banana (firm, but not green), sliced lengthwise into 1/16 inch strips

    4 ounces lemon juice

    1/2 cup sugar

    2 ounces water

After slicing the banana, peel off the rind and place the strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. In a small mixing bowl, whisk the lemon juice, sugar, and water together. Brush the banana pieces with the lemon mixture. Place in a pre-heated 200-degree oven and bake for about 2 hours. As the banana pieces are heated they will darken slightly. After 2 hours, remove from the oven and let cool to allow the banana chips to become firm.
