for Brunch (i woke up to late for breakfast)
i had a very small salad, with fat free ranch dressing, and fat free shredded cheese. followed by a bowl of mixed berries(srawberries, blackberrys, rasberrys and blueberrys) and thats because i was in a hurry
For Supper-
i got the Ultimate Grill Chicken Sandwhich from wendys, plain. i took it home threw the bun away and put a healthy choice 80 calorie bun on it along with a slice of fat-free kraft cheese and ate that with ketchup. and a dab of mustard. And i also got a plain baked potatoe and took it home sprinkled some fat free kraft shredded cheese on it and ate it with ketchup only as well.
i honestly feel like i havent eaten enough today.
but its to late to eat now its almost 10:00 pm. and i dont ever eat after about 8 o clock. or i try not to at least.
