Question:

I ate wendys today, but was it healthy, and how did i do for the whole day?

for Brunch (i woke up to late for breakfast)

i had a very small salad, with fat free ranch dressing, and fat free shredded cheese. followed by a bowl of mixed berries(srawberries, blackberrys, rasberrys and blueberrys) and thats because i was in a hurry

For Supper-

i got the Ultimate Grill Chicken Sandwhich from wendys, plain. i took it home threw the bun away and put a healthy choice 80 calorie bun on it along with a slice of fat-free kraft cheese and ate that with ketchup. and a dab of mustard. And i also got a plain baked potatoe and took it home sprinkled some fat free kraft shredded cheese on it and ate it with ketchup only as well.

i honestly feel like i havent eaten enough today.

but its to late to eat now its almost 10:00 pm. and i dont ever eat after about 8 o clock. or i try not to at least.

  1. you did not eat enough! and what you did eat was not balanced.  try going to mypyramid.gov and clicking on menu planner.  you type in your weight, hieght, age, and amound of excersising and then it shows you how much of each food group you need to either maintain, gain, or loose weight.  you can search all the foods you ate and then it shows you on a graph where you stand for the day.  hope that helps!

Try eating some pasta salad instead of a potato may give you more energy and then try eating some beef for iron and protein.  If you don't want to eat meat try making a fruit smoothy with berries, watermelon which drains extra water from your system and plain or vanilla or lowfat yogurt.  Good luck!! Also vitamin water works greats for low caloire and energy meals!!

    low fat mayo would have been better.

    if your still hungry you can eat, just watch your fat and calorie intake, and make it something nutritious, a piece of fruit, or some yogurt...

  9. Why Ketchup?  It's not healthy, you might as well just pour sugar on it.

  10. I would eat more.  Even if it's salad.  It's better to eat four small meals than three or only two big ones (or small ones like you had).  Do eat more, because you have not eaten enough.  Eat healthy, but eat often.  It's the best way to lose weight and/or be healthy.

  11. if you want healthy food, go to subway, that,s where we go.

  12. You need to cut out that fat free c**p....you need some fat in your diet to burn fat.  It doesn't sound like you ate much at all today.  Salads and fruit is great, but you needed to incorporate some more whole grains and protein.
