Go to a korean school, or join a program or even go to Korea to learn the language...

Then start on the words. Babelfish actually does Korean now but you'll have to load Korean language support on your Windows to be able to type it properly. Used to work for Samsung so get a Korean buddy in Samsung/LG etc to help you out.

Try downloading SKYPE.  Go to www.SKYPE.com and download it.  There are lots of people on there from all over the world who will tal with you for free!  You can also find people on the Internet by doing a Google search who will help teach you.  I would be glad to help, but I don't know Korean.  I hope this helps!  :-)
