I bbq'd med-rare hamburgers yesterday, and I started to eat one cold out of the fridge tonight, is it bad?

lots of pink inside. I know it won't give you food poisoning or e.coli right after the burger has been cooked, but what about the day after, cold, fresh out of the fridge, and not reheated or microwaved?

Well I'd eat it, but then again I have an iron stomach so to speak, as long as it's not squishy pink red, it shouldn't hurt you any
