I be getting an email from a larry [e-mail] head foreign op.saying im getting 1.5 milion&a dipolmat

named [e-mail] is coming to my country tomorrow to deliver me my money.he says i have to pay 2200.00 for diplomatic yellow sticker tag&custom chrgs.i answered back that i knew it ws a scam & that the only way i'd pay the 2200.oo was out of the money the guy was bringing me.Larry Walter replied back it was no scam.i've looked it up on google see the bank listed havent seen these guy's names down under any of the scams but it's gotta be right? I saved all his emails to me should i report him?

This is an OBVIOUS scam.  Of course he's going to reply telling you it's no scam.  Don't give him anything, put him in your spam folder, and report him to hotmail.  In the future, don't even respond to stuff like this.  Responding with anything just validates the email address so they'll try to hook you for future scams or sell your email to other scammers/spammers.
