  1. File form I-130 to USCIS.

    How long from the time you first arrived in USA until you got citizenship?  


  2. You can apply for a Family-based petition for your father. To be able to do this, you must be 21 years old. For more information, click on this link for the guide from the USCIS. You can also download the form(s) you will need from their website.

    Just a note though. Petitions from the Philippines take a notoriously long time to process and get approved, so the sooner you file the better. However, there's no guarantee that your father will be able to get an approval within a year or two. Just be patient.
