I been lifting weights for 6 months im seeing results but now i get hungry all the time what does this mean?

  1. Use lots of energy and food gains it back. At the same time you are maturing.

    when you work out, you burn more calories and use more energy, thus you feel hungry.  

  3. This is very good. Eat Eat Eat. No fast food or simple carbs. I suggest a protein drink right after you leave the gym. It means your healthy and your muscles wanna grow so you can lift more heavy sh*t. If you don't eat you'll be destroying your progress and feel like c**p the next time u hit tha gym.

    I think this is called a catabolic state? Anabolic is when your building muscles, also dont forget to work your biggest muscles, the LEGS, you will in turn increase growth hormones and big bigger. Don't worry about the stretch marks on the shoulders and arms, its worth it. Strecth before and after you work out, I don't care how stupid u think u look doing it, just do it. Buy the arnalod swartsaneggar encyclopedia of body building and your golden homie.

    oh- PS try not to drink alcohol, and get plenty of sleep.
