I believe i ovulated yesterday and i think i'm done ovulating to day

believe i ovulated yesterday and i think i'm done ovulating and now i am having cramps in my back and now my breast is starting to hurt.does anyone know wat this can mean?

Actually, the act of ovulation takes minutes.  But the egg will live for 12-24 hours after ovulation.  Tender b*****s are actually caused by increased progesterone in your system.  This is a common thing in any cycle.  The follicle that your egg was released from will stick around and produce progesterone, just in case you do conceive.  It is MUCH too early to have any signs the day after ovulation.

To many hormones could be the cause of your pain.  Ovulation takes only a few minutes and last 12 to 24 hours, ( well the egg waits for sperm that long.) So if you thing you timmed it right, then wait til your period is due and take  a HPT.
