I believe when I was having problems downloading the software I may have been charged for (3) downloads on my account. I was able to down load the $49.00 renewal. The confirmation # 773093483 I believe is the one that I was finally able to get to work. Can you please assist me in confirming this. Also if I can (if need be) get credit where it is do?Thank you
