I belong to a yahoo group called "Freecycle(TM)". I think it is great, has anyone heard of it or belong to it?

I think it is a great resource! I've gotten rid of a lot of stuff that way, and picked up a few things, too.

I love Freecycle and have been on there for about 5 years. I moved to this county 2 years ago and started the Freecycle group here. Now, we have about 300 members. I have given away and received lots of great things and I love knowing that something useful will be given a good home.

Yes, I subscribe a a few Yahoo Freecycle groups in my area.  They are great!  There are a lot of similar very good yahoo groups that do the same but are not associated with the Freecycle Organization.  I have given a lot of stuff away and received nice stuff too.  I even received enough very nice kid's jeans from one lady to last my g'son a whole school year.  Talk about a money saver for me!
