I bent my drivers License, I'm 21, and I'm leaving for Reno Nevada soon!!?

Question

I accidentaly bent my only ID with my birth date on it. I'm 21 so people could say I look maybe to young to buy alcohol, gamble, go into the bar etc. And I'm going to Reno and have no time to get a new one since oregon does temp. ID's then sends yours in the mail in 5-10 business days!! So I was wondering will they except my ID in Reno like to gamble and go into the bars?? It's not broken just bent and you can tell, it's only in one spot near the end. So if anyone could tell me what you think that would be awesome!! Thanks EVERYONE!!!

just explain it to the bouncer/security. When you enter the casino go to security and get a band so you dont have to keep showing it or explaining. If you go to them first they will not have the thought it might be fake.

It shouldn't be a problem.  The only reason it could be a problem is if there was a place that scanned IDs (to check fakes) but I doubt that would happen in Reno.  I was just there and went to bars and casinos and no one scanned it, they just briefly looked at it.  I think scanning IDs is a California thing anyways.  As long as you can read everything on the ID and see your picture, you'll be fine.  Good luck and have fun!

it should be fine , most likely out there they aren't going to care if your of age anyhow just that you showed them something resembling an ID .... lol been to alot of party cities in the country its pretty much the same hustle everywhere go for it you should be fine!!!

it should be fine if its just bent, but what you should do is go and get a state ID card.  These should be issued right away and if you ever get your license taken away by a cop or whatever, then you have your ID to get in to places like casinos.
