I accepeted a new role for 27000 with the promise of incentives, the bid was low in case i did not perfrom and needed to be blended into that department.

however, everyone in that department makes more than me.

the work load is twice than it was before.

and i would like to renegotiate the salary to 30000 with incentives a little more promising.

can i do this and how?

  1. hmm... I'd say it is too late, you accepted the offer and apparently already started the job.   The company has no reason to negotiate with you at this point.  If you want more money you will need to ask for a raise, citing your increased work load.  But be prepared to look for another job if they say no, because it is obvious you will not be satisfied working there knowing you make less than the others.  At least, you have gained some valuable experience, and will make better decisions in your next salary negotiation.
