I bid on a dvd on ebay I paid for the item 3 times by accident because I kept getting an error help.?

I paid for this item 2 times more than I should have I paid the seller with my visa debit card does anyone know how I can get my money back for those 2 payments can they send money to my paypal, or cancel 2 of the payments, or can my bank cancel 2 of the payments for me, what do I do if he wont give me my money back I contacted him right away and left him 3 messages and ebay a message!

if you paid him through paypal, he is able to do a refund
