i dont know, it doesnt let me take money out of my paypal, because i dont have a credit card, now im mad because i had to change my address and everything.

if you have a bank account you can link your pay pal account to it and that will work fine.

If you explain that you don't have a credit card or a bank account, the seller may allow you to purchase the item using either a money order or a bank draft.
