I blame myself for other people who commit sucide..why do i do this??

hi im 19 years old and the last 6 months (but getting worse now) i keep blaming myself for other people (who i dont really know) who commit sucicde?? why do i do this?? i keep saying in my head over and over again...please what cud it be?? thanks!!

You want to think you were of some importance to those people.  You may have been, but you are never responsible for someone's death.  You want to say somehow that these people did not take their own lives and choose to end theirs.  But they did choose to end their lives and you cannot borrow that from them.  You did not have that power to help them.  In the end, people do what they want to do, whether you like it or not.  Let it go.  

You really need to move on in life and not worry that you are responsible for other people's actions.  You are responsible for yours.  You are responsible for your career, home life, spouse, pets, etc.  Get an education and you will find that life isn't about making you responsible, it's about you enjoying it.
