I blast heavy metal every night?Me and my neighbors have gotten already into 2 fist fights about it?

I'm an old school metal head and love listening to metal every night for at least 4 hours around 11:00PM to 4:00AM,(its the only chance i get to) I keep the volume on full blast, with all my favorite metal songs on, just last night my neighbor came banging on my door me and my girlfriend where just sitting on couch , when all of sudden i heard the window break behind me, and saw my neighbor running off, i quickly ran over to my neighbors house (with a crowbar ) and slammed it into his rear car door(badly denting his car) my neighbor came out and was like "you 's.o.b turn the 'efin music down' blah blah blah i told him 'dude its my efin house ill do what i want", he simply ran inside and we haven't talked since about it.This isn't the first time ive had confrontation with my neighbor we have already gotten into 2 fist fights about it and he's dented my car before.Since this little incident tonight i'm going to leave all my windows wide open while i'm doing it , so the jerk can hear it real well.How do i get this @ hole off my back?

blasting metal seems awsome but if your neighbor gets pissed off you got to stop. if he decides to call the cops you could get sent to jail and get *** raped by some 300 pound guy named tiny. nobody wants that.

Okay, sure why not, yah blast metal from 11 to 4, it's called being polite man, your obviously not going to get him off your back. I love metal listen to it everyday, but i don't annoy people with it. Put it on ipod or MP3 or just listen to it softer why do you feel the need to annoy him, be respectful.

If you lived next to me and you played music that loud till 4:00 in the morning,Your window would not be the only thing broke.You need to respect your neighbors and plus if he decides to call the law they will get you for disturbing the peace and write you a citation the first time, second time a ticket then you will have to go to court and you will lose.The neighbor has every rite to be mad as h**l living next to an A@$hole.Like you.

you should be more considerate cuz they will get it contact with the council and you wont have a leg to stand on.

You could always try soundproofing a room in your house and not having it up so loud

Honestly, I also love metal and love to crank it...but come on, until 4:00am???  most people work and its against the laws in most places (11:00 is the time here you have to be quiet)

Ouch. Till 4AM is a bit extreme. Honestly, on weekends, blast it. But generally, people have to get up to work on weekdays. So, then you could just turn it down, or use head phones or something. Because, eventually, it could get worse. But, how loud is it? If it's insanely loud, so as people can hear it from down the street, he may have a point. Think of it this way... is he started blasting like, the backstreet boys, or miley cyrus or something, would you be right pissed?
