  1. Good for you! If you just eat the whites, it's only 15 calories per egg white as opposed to 75 calories for the whole egg! You should eat more whites and less cheese. While cheese is good for you, it's very high in calories. You should get string cheese made from skim milk if you can.

  2. It's healthy as long as you don't have that every day, and the rest of your diet is varied and healthy.

  3. The yolk is where all the cholesterol is so you're doing the right thing by not eating it.  One shouldn't have more than 3 whole eggs a week.

  4. You can eat a whole egg and get less than that usual cheese string!

Not much difference except taste and a few calorie, just eat the whole thing.... A boiled eggs is about 78 Calories yolk and all. Not much difference leaving out the yolk except lil cholesterol and taste. A boiled eggs is about There are 78 Calories yolk and all. High in nutrients-- they are a a very good source of selenium, iodine, and vitamin B2 and a goodsource of protein, molybdenum, phosphorous, vitamin B5, vitamin B12 andvitamin D.They are a good food for weight loss as well.

  5. It's fine... the whites are pure protein.

  6. The yolk is the most healthy part of the egg. If boiling isnt working for you then try a recipe where the taste is more acceptable. Two eggs a day max.

  7. It will not hurt you.   The yolk contains the  fat of the egg.

  8. You wouldn't need the string cheese, if you ate the whole egg.  The protein and nutrients are in the yolk, not the white.   As long as you don't have high cholesterol, you can eat a couple of eggs a day, several times a week....  But, there's cholesterol in cheese too, remember

  9. the white is like 10% of the nutrition

    while the yolk is 90%

  10. It is now accepted that an egg a day is OK if you are reasonably fit and healthy.

I have 3-4 per week as a rule.

I will often have 2 if I am scrambling them, or making an omelette.

  11. TX2Step is completely WRONG!

The whites are ALL PROTEIN and the yolk contains all the fat and cholesterol.....

The eggs whites are amazingly healthy. They are one of the most protein packed foods gram for gram and are very bioavailable to the body. Bioavailability is how efficient a food is able to be used by the body.

Stick with your breakfast. The cheese is a nice alternative to the yolk and keeps your breakfast interesting.
