  1. That's fine. Just steep it for at least 5 minutes.

  2. sounds ok to me

  3. It depends on the tea.  Read the package to see what it recommends.  Most you steep for 4-6 minutes.  Then, it's just personal preference.  Also, unless you purchased a decaffeinated tea, the longer you steep- the more caffeine will be in the tea.  It's a myth that tea does not have caffeine.  It can have the same amount of caffeine as coffee.  If you don't drink a lot of tea-  figure out what you like-  I prefer organic decaffeinated green tea-  the flavor is light and green tea has antioxidants.  I add a little soy creamer.  Honey or sugar and lemon are good too.

  4. hi. it depends on the tea. Like my favorite tea is chamolie, i like it iced. i boil the water, let steep for five (or three if you don't like rich taste) take the tea bag out and put alot of ice in it. and i totally agree on 'there's no good or bad answers' i never thumbs down either. hope i helped and didn't sound rude.

  5. That sounds perfect....if a tea bag sits in that hot water for a few minutes, thats enough time for the ingredients to mix with the water.

  6. Perfect!  The longer you let the tea steep, the more nutrients you'll get and the stronger the tea will be.

  7. that's how you make tea.

  8. Yes you will reap the benefits that way even if you add ice.
