I booked for round trip travel.When I was travel ling from china to us. I forgot to bring with my e-ticket.?

I have to change the schedule but I can only remember the PNR No. Since the ticket was ordered by others, I could not provide the credit card. What shall I do?

Usually airlines can look it up by last name, you do not require a credit card or even PNR.  Looks like you have already called them?

If possible get the person who bought it to call the airline and make the changes for you.

Have you contacted the airline?  Generally when calling their customer service line the PNR and your name is sufficient for them to access your record.  Assuming you have your itinerary, the only other thing that would be part of the e-ticket is the ticket number itself, which for your purpose is insignificant.  It's the locator number (PNR) that's important. If you still have your boarding pass from your outbound flight, in some instances the ticket number might be printed there.

Also, contact the travel agent you used to book the ticket.  They should be able to take care of the changes for you.
