  1. RUN AND DONT LOOK BACK!!

You might need to hire a LAWYER if worse comes to worse

Get ready to pay for the damages

    Your old enough to drive

Your old enough to be responsible for whatever happens while driving.

  2. Write a check, or several checks, so you pay for the damages.

If YOU have a car insurance policy, you can try to turn the claim in to them.  If you don't, you're "self insured".   That means, you pay for the damage that you caused.

  3. Get a loyer

  4. Pay for the damages. Its really your fault for driving without that knowledge. Looks like you're scr*wed.

  5. If you have insurance on your own car, it may cover cars that you borrow if they don't have insurance on them. Check with your agent.

If you don't have insurance, get ready for you and your friend to both be sued, and for you to have to get an SR-22 filing or have your license suspended
