    Your boat needs to be registered, and so do any trailers.

    Yours has mechanical propulsion, gotta register it. In GA, it only costs $15.00 for 3 years. Not bad at all, but then the county sends you a personal property tax bill on it as well!

  7. yes, its law that all boats have to be registered.  If you get caught with an unregistered boat you can be fined, big time.  I would go to the local marina and talk to someone there.
